Who is responsible

Indicia is responsible for the data on this site. For any question about your data, write to us via a direct message to @indicia_py on Instagram.

What data we keep

• The check details: the website address, brand name, industry, country and city (if you gave one).
• Your email and mobile number, and your consent to keep them.
• If you request a review: your name, phone and message.
• Where you came to the site from (for example, a link with UTM parameters) and grader usage events, such as "check started" or "report opened".

What we use it for

• Running the check and showing you the report.
• Emailing you the report.
• Keeping your contact details in our CRM (HubSpot) along with the check result.
• Measuring how much the grader is used, to improve it.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We use these services to run the grader:

• Supabase: stores the checks and contact details.
• HubSpot: stores your email, mobile number, brand and check score.
• Google Gemini: analyzes the public content of your site. We never send it your email or contact details. On the free plan, Google may use what it receives to improve its products; that's why we only send public content.
• Google PageSpeed Insights: measures your site's speed from its address.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: checks that you're not a robot when you submit a form.
• Resend: sends the emails.
• Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity: measure how the site is used, only if you accept analytics cookies.

Cookies

Analytics cookies only turn on if you accept them in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of every page.

How long we keep it and how to delete it

We keep the data while the grader is active. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, by writing to us via a direct message to @indicia_py on Instagram. We handle it within 10 business days.
